New Lander Turquoise Ring

In October 2023 I had the privilege of traveling to Sedona Arizona. It is such an amazing place! On my way home I got to spend the day in Flaggstaff AZ before flying back to Oregon. I shopped at all the local stores and enjoyed an amazing lunch. One of my last stops was a jewelry store that I nearly passed by, I told the owner that I was a beginner silversmith, and he told me about a jewelry supply store where I could buy stones from the local mines! I immediately mapped it out and drove 15mins to check it out. I only had about an hour before I needed to leave for my flight. Had I known about the Thunderbird Supply Company I would have spent most of my day there instead, its like a candy store for jewelers!!! This amazing NEW LANDER TURQUOISE is from that store, mined out of Northern Nevada.

I hand fabricate every part of my rings from sterling silver & brass sheets, I cut them, bend the silver to make a ring shank, solder them together, file, polish, and set the stone. The ring band is sterling silver, the backplate is jewelers brass. The stone is magical !
